At Ralphs Cigars, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and include a copy of your packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
